Federal Court New’s Update

My Case Civil No. 11-00180 JMS/RLP in the Federal Court at The UNITED STATE DISTRICT COURT  in Honolulu ,Hawaii.

On March 28, 2011 , I received a letter for more Fact and more information of my paper work for my complaint  by Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi  to file a “Amended Complaint” and show proof that I also file a complaint with the Judiciary Circuit court in Hilo, Hawaii and send my proof by  April 18, 2011.

On April 14, 2011 , I , Janis Cowser the Plaintiff   Filed an “Amended Complaint”  along with numerous attached exhibits. Order  by Magistrate Judge Richard L. Puglisi  to file a [Amended Complaint], ,and I did so within the time-frame of April 18, 2o11.

On April 26, 2011 , I received a  Order by a ‘New Magistrate Judge’ who has my case now.

Get  this , the new Magistrate Judge name is  /s/J. Michael Seabright of the  United States District Judge has given me until May 20, 2011 to file a [Second Amended Complaint]  and if I do not file my second amended complaint by 5/20/11,  I can lose my case.

I file a [Second Amended Complaint] on May 17, 2011 and was told by United State District Judge /s/ J. Michael Seabright,That  I, the  Plaintiff  is allowed until July 15, 2011 to file a Third Amended Complaint.

My Case[No. 11-17055] is in United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit , San Francisco , California  filed on August 30, 211 and each parties shall meet the following time schedule by Monday, December 5, 2011. Failure of the appellant to comply with the Time Schedule Order will result in automatic dismissal of the appeal . —————-See 9th,  Cir.R.42-1.
