I was force to pay &175 dollars or lose my case.  Yes it was legal motion due to fact he is Racism & Bias.  I believe that this judge is trying too hide my sexual assaulted as well as the Political Corruption using RICO hiding in American. as result, I have  file my last , third Declaration in support of request to proceed  IN FORMA PAUPERIS for my Case on April 7, 2011 and I am still waiting on answer if I will received my $ 175 dollars back.

As April 29, 2011  Judge Greg K. Nakamure who  is the Arbitration Judge is on vacation and Judge Hara  has all his Case until he come back to work.

Did you know that Lester D. Oshiro is the  Arbitration Administrator  and Judge Hara and Judge Greg K. Nakamure who  is the Arbitration Judge are close co-worker.

On May 9, 2011,  Monday I call Judge Hara Court  but their was  no answer to my case and also I did not received my money of $175 back.
