On April 7, 2011, I Janis Cowser the Plaintiff , file a non-hearing motion against Judge Glenn S. Hara for denied me the status to file two Declaration in support of request to proceed IN FORMA PAUPERIS for my Case Civil NO. 11-1-120.
I was force to pay &175 dollars or lose my case. Yes it was legal motion due to fact he is Racism & Bias. I believe that this judge is trying too hide my sexual assaulted as well as the Political Corruption using RICO hiding in American. as result, I have file my last , third Declaration in support of request to proceed IN FORMA PAUPERIS for my Case on April 7, 2011 and I am still waiting on answer if I will received my $ 175 dollars back.
Thus I file two motion, against Judge Hara on April 7, 2011. The first motion is to have him taking off my case and the other motion is non-hearing motion for a default judgment in circuit court of the third circuit ,state of Hawaii. These motion was file with Judiciary Circuit Judge Greg K. Nakamaure on 4/7/11.
On April 15, 2011, Friday I received notice that Judiciary Circuit Judge Greg K. Nakamaure denied me my motion to Change Judge Hara.
Furthermore Judiciary Circuit Judge Greg K. Nakamaure is the Arbitration Judge who sent me a letter from the “Court Annexed Arbitrationnn Program-Third Circuit Court-The Judiciary-State of Hawai’i Hale Kaulike-777Kiauea Ave-Hlo,Hawaii 96720-Telephone (808) 961-7440 -FAX(808) 961-7598.”

As an results, once again I am waiting on my last , third Declaration in support of request to proceed IN FORMA PAUPERIS for my Case No [ 11-1-0120]. I am still waiting on answer if I will received my $ 175 dollars back, my case is still with Judge Hara as of Friday ,April 29, 2011.

On May 9, 2011, Monday I call Judge Hara Court but their was no answer to my case and also I did not received my money of $175 back.
On September 8, 2011 at 12: 54 pm, the presiding Judge Glenn Hara in the Third Circuit Court DENIED me to Declaration in support of request to proceed IN FORMA PAUPERIS for my Case No [ 11-1-0120].The Law in Hawaii can allow people to file a case as IN FORMA PAUPERIS due to my [SSI] monthly payment each month.
I will fill a legal complain with the State Judicial Conduct to established them to investigate allegations of misconduct by state court judges Hara .

On September 16, 2011, at 9:38 am Judge Glenn S. Hara in Hilo Hawaii, said the Court does not have any jurisdiction dealing with Hiding/Political Corruption/ Sexually Assaulted Under RICO Statute/ in the State of Hawaii and close my case.
